Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Pin It Now!

Now that I have a juicer (my sister's) I was able to juice my socks off this summer! Our apple harvest was very plentiful. :)

Since we love smoothies so much (my kids tell me I need to open up a smoothie shop - so sweet), I decided to come up with a smoothie made from our very own apples  . . .

Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 10 apple juice ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yoghurt (we use whole milk Mountain High)
  • 3 cups fresh apple juice - I am sure any will work, though. :)
  • 1-2 tsp. cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into cups, sprinkle with more cinnamon, and enjoy! This recipe serves about 4, 5 if you pour less than 8 oz. per cup. I am estimating here. ;)

Thank you for the recipe! You can never go wrong with apples and cinnamon, especially in smoothies! Nice special touch using the apple juice cubes as well!
